How do I choose an artist?
Every artist is trained to De Voe standards and does every style. The difference is experience, which is what the price reflects. Want the most experienced hands or a correction? Choose a master. Want a beautiful first set for less? Choose a junior. Still unsure? Book a free consultation.
What happens at a consultation?
Your artist takes a photo of your face and does a custom facial analysis to test which style is most flattering on you, based on your eye shape and several other factors. It is free, and best done in person, but you can also DM @devoelashes and we will do it over DM.
When do I need a fill?
A fill needs at least 40% of your lashes still on, a mini fill at least 75%. Most people come every two weeks, but retention is personal, so we don't put a time limit on it.
I have sensitive eyes.
Book a complimentary patch test first. We test the adhesive before your set so your first appointment is a relaxing one.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the service, and no-call no-shows 100%. Life happens, so reach out to us. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a cancellation.
